A role that inspires you:
1. Together with the team, you will initiate and drive new ideas & models in terms of optimisation & transformation of the essential Finance E2E processes in order to ideally adapt the Finance function to the challenges of the future
2. You will contribute your strengths and joy in cross-functional work to coordinate action projects. You will work as an interface to experts from the finance line functions of E.ON SE and the business units.
3. You will shape the Finance Transformation as an integrative approach in close cooperation with the Finance Transformation Culture Team
4. In collaboration with digital teams and with your open and creative solution culture and your digital motivation, you integrate technological solution concepts into your optimisation initiatives
5. You regularly offer the stakeholders of your initiatives best-practice exchange and support the Finance Transformation Management Team in comprehensive communication up to the E.ON Board

6. You have a degree, preferably in business administration or a comparable field of study
7. Several years of professional experience in the finance, process management and/or project management as well as working in an agile environment desirable
8. You are a team player and have an outgoing personality with the ability to inspire people
9. With your communication skills in German and English and your enjoyment of collaboration, you manage to turn the strengths of individuals in the team into a driver of change
10. You have a positive "can do" attitude as well as an analytical and structured way of working to understand problems and challenges to coordinate and conceptualise bold solutions
