Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
* You develop clinical, operational, and financial arguments for our solutions. Together with your colleagues, you integrate them into our marketing material
* You work with the team to create the needed evidence for your arguments, e.g., through literature research, customer collaborations or scientific studies
* As part of internal training, you provide our sales and marketing teams with the needed clinical knowledge
* You interact with our customers, e.g., to identify speakers for user meetings or conferences, manage our global reference sites and organize customer visits or collect clinical images
* You collaborate closely with your colleagues from other teams and business lines and align with them customer facing activities

Your qualifications and experience:
* You have a university degree in medicine, ideally with a specialization in radiotherapy, or medical physics, and several years of professional experience related to radiation therapy
* You know the clinical and technological challenges our customers face in cancer care
* You bring knowledge of the possibilities of modern therapeutic procedures and / or modern imaging techniques
* Ideally you are familiar with radiotherapy tools like ARIA, Eclipse or Velocity
Your attributes and skills:
* You have excellent skills in English as well as strong presentation and intercultural communication skills to effectively work with numerous global contacts and interfaces
* You have an independent and careful way of working, are goal-oriented and can inspire others
* National and international business trips (approx. 20%) are a welcome change for you
