Responsibilities You play an important role in our digital transformation journey: Build new and innovative solutions for improved customer experience by self-service features, automated process, increased visibility for a more proactive and value adding service approach You contribute to our “Undisputed Number One for Quality” Vision by developing Hapag-Lloyd’s digital customer platform into a fully-fledged self-service suite You drive the development of our digital, customer facing import solutions: Lead product discovery initiatives, conceptualize new features and improvements, and contribute to the roadmap for our import web solutions Conduct user research, analyse customer behaviour data, and participate in interviews to deeply understand customer needs and preferences Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user interfaces, providing feedback and refining designs based on user insights and business goals Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize features for development sprints in collaboration with IT Web & Mobile teams Accompany the development of customer-facing features, ensure their quality and a successful rollout Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful product launches and ongoing promotion, providing input on messaging and materials You align with stakeholders on managing priorities and collaborate with different departments without losing sight of the customers and their needs You communicate with the digital community and customers through Q&A sessions, feedback sessions, and proactively investigate and address user issues Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree with practical experience in the shipping and logistics industry or in import & customs handling You have experience in a product management role for digital products Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset Strong communication and analytical skills You are proactive, results-driven, resilient and empathetic Data-driven mindset and understanding how to make use of data potential Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence and various plugins is a plus Working Experience in agile product development environment and in multicultural, multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written English skills
