Your tasks:
10. You will develop global processes for the Global Service business unit, implement them, develop them further and harmonize them. In doing so, you will also take over the necessary documentation
11. You will take over the rollout of new processes and will be responsible for the training of the worldwide employees within the business unit Global Service
12. You will independently take over internal project tasks from planning to implementation and project controlling
13. You advise the business units on continuous improvements to the Global Service
14. You ensure compliance with the processes and take over the internal audit
15. You are a competent contact person for questions regarding Global Service for the international subsidiaries
Your profile:
16. You have a completed apprenticeship or a degree in the field of industrial engineering or economics
17. You have gained several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in aviation and or in the metalworking industry
18. Sound experience in project management would be an advantage
19. You are service-oriented, enjoy working in a team and convince with a structured, proactive and analytical way of working and have good communication skills. At the same time you convince with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
20. You have a good command of the German and English languages, both written and spoken
