Job Description Recruit affiliate partners tailored to regional requirements and demands, manage relationships with those affiliate partners Develop campaigns and creatives for Affiliate cooperations on a regional level Suggest optimizations for even better collaboration with publishers, check advertisements on publishers’ sites, negotiate deals Drive traffic and increase sales through affiliates, measuring, analyzing and reporting on the performance of affiliate campaigns Troubleshoot any issues and escalate any concerns to the Affiliate Team Lead Set up commission, incentive structure in the local network account Develop and optimize the regular communication with the partners Check and approve invoices from third parties, managing commission compensation and cost reporting Work cross-functionally to optimize conversion rates e.g., landing pages as well as tracking, technical setup and product feed optimization Complete budget forecasting and allocation, performance forecast and costs Stay informed of the latest market trends to ensure Zooplus remains competitive in the online advertising space Key Interfaces (who do we interact with): Country Leads (Sales and Markets) Analytics and Insight Spoke Content Production and Graphic Design Social and Influencer Finance and Legal SEO, SEA and Display Direct Cooperations Product Owner and IT
