Your tasks Leverage your expertise in the international financial area
* Support local teams of newly acquired companies, as well as in companies with capacity constrains
* Monitor Investments and PMI in coordination with the COO department and central finance functions
* Regular performance reviews of units in scope, including analysis and monitoring of the main financial indicators (KPIs) and regular financial performance dialogues
* Conduct in-depth analyses of critical cases in an overarching manner, coordinate with relevant central finance functions to identify measures, and closely monitor their implementation and execution
* Gathering information about relevant markets (statistics, regulatory frameworks, legal restrictions, etc.)
Your profile Ambitious financial project manager with several years of professional experience in the insurance industry
* Involvement in the development of the business cases and following execution
* In-depth knowledge of financial planning, reporting and monitoring as well as experience in an international environment. Familiarity with the respective markets in which the ERGO Group is currently active (Europe and Asia)
* Experience in the financial tracking of business results and the progress of projects and initiatives
* Project management experience, ideally in M&A and PMI activities
* IFRS 17/9 and Solvency II knowledge would be an advantage
