The Excelitas facility in Kleinostheim, Germany has key positions in Research & Development, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and other administrative functions. This facility specializes in the production of infrared emitters for industrial process technology, particularly for heat treatment and drying in a wide range of industries such as automotive, coating, plastics, textiles, food, printing, and glass. Additionally, this site houses a modern application competence center that conducts practical tests with customer materials and laboratory simulations of specific processes to determine the optimal process solution.
What to Expect:
* Responsible for pricing, quotation, and order processing in SAP while ensuring accurate and error-free master data maintenance;
* Handling incoming inquiries and orders in coordination with internal and external interfaces, as well as managing delivery planning in collaboration with the responsible Sales Manager, logistics, and the customer;
* Tracking and monitoring orders to ensure timely delivery, including following up on outstanding invoices;
* Supporting the team by independently managing customer accounts in close coordination with Sales Managers in domestic and international markets;
* Processing and following up on customer complaints in the CRM tool, issuing credit notes, and clarifying account discrepancies.
Your Profile:
* Completed commercial training and at least three years of professional experience in customer service;
* Strong customer and service orientation with an interest in technical products;
* Business-fluent Spanish, French, and English, as well as good German skills (at least B2), enabling effective communication with our branches in France, Spain, and Germany;
* Proficiency in SAP R/3 and MS 365;
* Quick comprehension, strong communication skills, intercultural competence, as well as teamwork, organizational talent, and a structured working approach.
