🌈 The tea: You'll be right in the trenches with us, building Europe's first LGBTQ+ digital clinic from the ground up. This isn't your "can you grab coffee?" internship – you'll be our co-pilot, tackling everything from launching new products to expanding across borders. Think of it as your fast-track ticket into the startup world, where you'll get your hands on all the juicy parts of building a healthcare company that actually gets the queer community.
Who we are
🤒 The status quo? 70% of queer people are unsatisfied with their healthcare. In Europe alone, 75 million LGBTQ+ folks are up to 23x more likely to get sick, yet most can't find providers who understand them and their medical needs.
🚀 Enter Every Health: we're building the first digital healthcare provider made specifically for the LGBTQ+ community. Our small-but-mighty team is backed by VCs who believe healthcare should be high-quality, affirming, and accessible.
Tasks
Get the founder experience without the founder anxiety. You'll work directly with our co-founders – seeing both the glamorous and the "oh sh*t" moments of startup life.
* Be our product co-pilot: Help shape our web app from concept to launch of features – contribute to product design, testing, sprint planning, and keep our dev team on track (and caffeinated).
* Launch products & conquer new territories: Lead product launches and geographic expansion. Set up operations, forge partnerships, and make sure everything runs smoothly once we're live.
* Growth hack like a pro: Find creative ways to grow our user base and reach. Test, optimize, and help us connect with the communities we serve.
* Take on the big stuff: Jump into high-impact projects like negotiating with insurers, managing key stakeholders, and helping recruit people as awesome as you to join our team.
Requirements
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have a Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top university in business, healthcare, or something relevant (but honestly, we care more about what you can do than where you studied)
* Have crushed it in internships or roles at startups, IB/VC firms, or consulting (but honestly, we care more about what you can do than where you studied and that you’re ambitious and ready to make things happen)
* Are a proactive problem-solver with killer analytical and communication skills (you don't wait for problems to solve themselves)
* Bring entrepreneurial energy – you see roadblocks as fun puzzles, build processes from scratch, and believe every problem has a solution waiting to be found
* Are fluent in German and English (both mandatory)
* Are passionate about improving healthcare for the LGBTQ+ community (this isn't just a job – it's healthcare that actually matters)
