Roles and Responsibilities
1. Standard Definition: Set GEA standards for customer data, ensuring compliance with industrial and regulatory norms.
2. Data Quality: Define and uphold required data quality standards, driving continuous improvement.
3. Process Management: Oversee master data creation and maintenance processes, ensuring alignment with overall governance frameworks.
4. Data Strategy: Manage the customer data governance strategy roadmap, incorporating new business requirements.
5. Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance data management systems, processes, and tools.
6. Business Impact Assessment: Understand and assess the business impacts of proposed initiatives.
7. Resource Management: Clarify required budgets and resources for roadmap implementation.
8. Organizational Improvement: Continuously improve organization and processes through assessments.
9. Training & Change Management: Set up training, change management, and communication for the customer domain.
10. KPI Targets: Define required customer master data quality and set targets measured by KPIs.
11. System Architecture Understanding: Understand system architectures and drive necessary changes.
Collaborations:
12. Work with GEA Master Data & Business Process Organization, industry peers & associations, and represent the customer data domain in key strategic initiatives like CX and S4.
13. Collaborate with data maintenance organizations (matrix with Business Responsible) and Data Protection and Data Security teams.
Your Profile / Qualifications
14. Master’s degree in fields like Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, IT, Business Administration, or related
15. Several years of relevant corporate experience in a similar role or with related responsibilities
16. Understanding of Matrix structures
17. Proficiency in English and German
