Your tasks Customer Communication As a service agent, you manage and strengthen customer relationships daily. You create opportunities and enhance their knowledge of our products. With your excellent service, you are the face of Lineas for our customers. You think ahead to prevent potential incidents. The service agent provides tracking & tracing via the Customer Portal during office hours. As a service agent, you handle complaints and support customers in finding solutions within the organization and with our partners. Bookings, Reservations, and Follow-Up The service agent converts customer bookings into specific reservations for wagons and trains in the Lineas customer system (MyLineas). You guide users in using MyLineas, help them with issues, and provide training for new users. The service agent reschedules wagons based on commercial input and operational situations while considering rail constraints. You register additional services in the VAT Tool to ensure correct invoicing to customers. Optimal Planning You strive for a balance between wagon supply and demand. You reduce rotation times and increase productivity. Through (re)planning, you actively contribute to more efficient resource usage. The service agent minimizes the number of wagons without proper orders and communicates this within Lineas. Additionally, you ensure the completion of orders so they can be invoiced. In case of incorrect shipments, you ensure wagons return to a location where they can be efficiently redeployed. Your profile You manage and build customer relationships to create opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction. You offer a high standard of service. For our customer, you are Lineas From commercial input, you can create efficient planning and adjust it just as efficiently in case of deviations. Experience in stakeholder management with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
