Become part of our mission and actively shape the future of mobility with us What you do with us Responsibility for the management and continuous optimization of the ITCS operations control system as well as the Nettro operations reporting system including their adaptation to specific business requirements Database maintenance and administration, including regular backups and updates Analyzing system and data interfaces to ensure data integrity Creation of data evaluations, reports and dashboards to support operational decisions Creation of technical documentation, user training and provision of support during system operation Support with the installation and configuration of hardware and software as well as regular checks of the IT infrastructure (server, clients, network) Collaboration on IT projects with the opportunity to take responsibility for and design your own project What you bring with you Degree in IT or a related field, ideally with a connection to public transport Sound knowledge of IT architecture and data structures, supplemented by desirable experience in project management Strong teamwork and communication skills combined with a reliable and independent way of working High level of empathy, openness and social skills Very good written and spoken German skills What we do for you As a regional employer, we assume social responsibility.
