Reporting to the Solutions Marketing Manager, the Campaign Manager is responsible for planning and executing demand generation campaigns to support product launches, events and business priorities to drive growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing campaign results. This is an amazing opportunity to build a career in marketing at OTT HydroMet and will be a hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days home office) role located in Fellbach or Kempten, Germany, or Delft, Netherlands. In this role, a typical day will look like: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs & create compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs. Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and environmental sustainability. The essential requirements of the job include: Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or similar role, with a focus on B2B marketing. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) and CRM software (SFDC) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
