As an IT Governance and Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing an innovative, dynamic organisation's IT governance framework and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position is integral to maintaining robust processes and fostering alignment between IT and business units.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Support the Shared Services area in governance, compliance, and customer/internal audits.
* Plan, organise, and execute customer audits, including follow-up actions.
* Collaborate closely with IT functions across the region and the corporate group.
* Continuously develop work organisation with a focus on agile approaches.
* Document customer audits and ensure compliance with IT guidelines.
* Design and implement processes around IT policies and compliance adherence.
* Provide advisory support on governance, process, and compliance matters to IT and non-IT departments.
* Regularly perform performance measurements and deliver management insights on governance/compliance issues.
What You Bring to the Table:
* At least 3 years of professional experience in IT governance/compliance.
* Alternatively, training as an IT specialist or similar qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
* Confident communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner.
* Basic knowledge of certification requirements such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
