With more than 130 consultants working out of three offices in Germany, Singapore, and the USA, our consulting teams work on assignments from all over the globe.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate closely with all team members to ensure cohesion and effective working relationships. Maintaining a synergistic relationship with our consulting team and office leadership is paramount in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will also have the opportunity to champion our company at recruiting events, occasionally traveling within Europe.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for candidates, with a focus on students and graduates, you will play a critical role in guiding them through the entire hiring process and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a high volume of applications for management consulting roles, including processing, tracking, and monitoring candidate assessment results.
2. Take ownership of the end-to-end candidate interview process, scheduling and coordinating interview days in collaboration with our Consultants and Management team.
3. Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, universities, student organizations, and other providers aligned with our strategic targets.
4. Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruiting and employer branding events, both virtually and in-person, to attract and convert prospects into applicants.
5. Proactively build applicant pipelines to meet current and future business needs, while maintaining relationships with past candidates for future opportunities.
6. Monitor and evaluate sourcing trends and recruiting key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness and quality of our recruitment processes.
7. Contribute to recruiting projects aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes.
Essential Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting or talent acquisition at a consultancy, executive search firm, or corporate recruiting function.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of applications and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and an eagerness to learn system configurations for data analytics.
5. Experience in active sourcing to attract candidates effectively.
6. Knowledge of current marketplace trends and recruiting processes.
7. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and other stakeholders.
8. Fluent in written and spoken English.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate, colleague, and external partner interactions.
10. Familiarity with recruiting best practices and applicant tracking systems.
Nice to have Qualifications:
1. Fluency in German is a plus.
2. International experience is desired.
