Your Job
1. Co-lead global HRIT projects together with HR system and process leads to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget
2. Gather and prioritise business requirements, plan and manage process workshops, steer decision making, documentation and communication
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans including interface mappings, timelines and resource allocation
4. Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks and mitigation measures
5. Support change activities to increase awareness and adoption of digital tools and processes
Your Profile
6. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in global project management roles with a focus on process consulting for integrated IT solutions in Human Resources using market leading systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
7. Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Well organised and structured in strategic thinking, project execution and workload prioritization
8. Ability to keep the big picture in mind and strong attention to detail to bring projects to completion
9. Proven experience of managing stakeholders at various levels
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and storytelling skills, proven ability to work with leaders
