This is a 12 months initial contract. LOCATION: Bremen, Germany THE ROLE: The HR Co-ordinator (m/f/d) will manage essential HR activities and administration for EMEA within the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and fostering a positive employee experience. The role will also combine responsibilities in employee engagement, HR administration for EMEA, and support HR initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent within the company. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: HR Co-ordination & Administration: Provides administrative support to the People Team. Administration will include managing the People Group - telephone and - Team Mailbox, using Hansalog payroll system to retrieve sickness notes and posting sick notes as required. Administration of benefits (Company Fitness/Businessbike/Language Courses/meal vouchers). Supports time recording. Maintains HR data in relevant systems, ensuring it is up to date, accurate and maintaining confidentiality of employee records. Supports recruitment with scheduling interviews and contacting candidates as required. Any other administration duties as required from time to time to support the EMEA People Team.. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of and experience in using a Human Capital Management System. Efficient HR administration and people management skills. Works comfortably under pressure with the ability to prioritize and meets tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in particular German and English. Accuracy and attention to detail Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask and a self-starter who feels comfortable in fast-paced work environment. Has a positive, strong and flexible work ethic.
