Your areas of responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute commercial strategies for key international markets
2. Manage selected global distributors and retailers to unlock market potential in line with the brand guidelines
3. Lead new partner selection, evaluation and onboarding processes across existing and new territories.
4. Seek out and implement Cybex retail concepts in key cities
5. Develop sales forecast, budgets and commercial targets on a timely manner
6. Provide weekly business update and monthly market and competitor intelligence report to line manager
7. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure to meet quantitative and qualitative objectives
Your profile of qualification:
8. Successful completion of university degree in Business Administration or similar, preferably MBA degree
9. Work experience preferably in the fashion & lifestyle or premium consumer goods industries
10. Proven track record of successfully managing 3rd parties and developing international markets
11. Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
12. Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in German is an advantage
13. Willingness to travel internationally
