Then come and join our global team as Manager Strategy & Operations (f/m/d) in Fluoroscopy & Urology (F&U) to further develop a core pillar of the X-ray business.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
This part-time position with 20 hours per week will be filled in the form of job sharing.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
* You are responsible for the strategy of our Fluoroscopy and Urology (F&U) business lines. In doing so, you will shape short- and long-term activities in alignment with business line objectives
* You evaluate industry, market and clinical trends and propose courses of action based on their business impact
* You will act as a key point of contact within F&U on various business development and strategy aspects to identify and pursue future growth opportunities
* You will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring of the business and the identification of appropriate corporate actions to ensure the achievement of our organizational objectives
* You will manage and coordinate dedicated projects with the goal of optimizing the F&U business, in collaboration with other functions within the business line and the company as a whole

Your qualifications and experience:
* You have a degree in a business, scientific or technical field
* You have many years of professional experience in strategy, business development, management consulting or product management in a corporate environment
* You have in-depth experience in the field of medical technology
* You have proven experience in the development and realization of new business models as well as proven success in the execution of projects in a complex and challenging environment
* You are used to working in a cross-functional environment and have already gained relevant experience in different functions
* Prior knowledge of clinical treatment and diagnostic pathways is an advantage
Your attributes and skills:
* You possess strong presentation and communication skills as well as excellent English language skills, enabling you to communicate effortlessly and on equal footing with various Siemens Healthineers departments, cultures, and management levels in an international environment. Additionally, very good German language skills are particularly helpful for internal communication
* You convince with your methodical way of thinking as well as high analytical and organizational skills
* You approach tasks in a structured, results-oriented manner and with confidence. In doing so, you place entrepreneurial action and decision-making in the foreground and independently develop your trust-based network further
* You are a motivated team player and have the special ability to inspire others and to convince them of your ideas - your enthusiasm for medical technology is of great benefit to you
* It is in your nature to question the existing. You like to develop new solutions and thus bring new impulses to your own team and the entire organization
