Summary Who May Apply? US Citizens currently residing within the commuting area of Kaiserslautern, Germany (not ordinarily resident in Germany). US resident alien family members of US sponsors who are citizens of NATO countries other than Germany. This position is located at the USAG Rheinland Pfalz, Kleber Tax Relief Office, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Responsibilities Verifies customer eligibility, reviews and verifies applications for completeness and accuracy of information. Receives payment and provides change for service fees. Accurately maintains change funds. Maintains all automation requirements associated with special events. Updates customer files with new information. Verifies all customer data transactions for accuracy. Provides guidance to questions regarding changes/updates of assigned programs. Maintains office-filing system, assists with funds control, data entry and credit card processing at various events. Reviews validity of application and maximum distribution of forms. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Demonstrated work experience performing the duties listed below (Note: Work experience must be equivalent in difficulty to the NF-01 level). Receiving payment & providing change to customers. Creating and maintaining customer files and/or an office filing system.
