* We are offering a n internship in Interactive Guidance for Navigated Spinal Surgery
* You will have the opportunity to develop prototypes for our Surgical Ro botic System and support our team with your proof-of-concept application.
* You will be an active member of our international and interdisciplinary research and development team.
* You will implement your solution using C++ or Python and Matlab and evaluate it in an ecosystem consisting of state-of-the-art navigation and imaging systems.
That makes you stand out
* You are studying for a master’s degree in i n formatics, computer science, medical engineering, mathematics, physics or a comparable subject.
* You have experience with object-oriented programming languages ( e.g. C++), script languages ( e.g. Python, Matlab ) or libraries (OpenCV, VTK, Qt, DCMTK).
* You want to tackle challenging problems in medical engineering.
* You are known among friends and fellow students for your initiative and flexibility.
* You have a good command of English.
* You work independently, are highly motivated and committed, and are prepared to take on responsibility quickly .
