Ceramic Scientist Innovation

Responsibilities:
* Develop ceramic components and ceramic coatings for use in the semiconductor industry.
* Contribute your expertise to the advancement of innovative ceramic materials. Experience in the field of plasma physics is a plus.
* Identify complex and technically relevant problems, determine their root causes, and develop and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Protect technologies, processes, materials, and products through targeted patent filings.
* Work closely with the Product Management, Sales, and Operations departments to ensure the critical aspects of innovation projects are addressed.
Requirements:
* A completed Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics. A PhD in ceramic materials is desirable.
* Professional experience in research or product development.
* Experience in semiconductor front-end processes such as plasma etching, CVD, and epitaxy.
* Strong organizational skills and methodological competence.
* Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Independent work methodology, teamwork, customer orientation, and reliability.
