Job Description Summary We are seeking a Wind Turbine Planned Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the scheduled maintenance activities of our wind turbine assets. This position will be accountable for work that is more defined in scope, utilizing experience to solve problems, deliver objectives to the maintenance activities with Reliability, efficiency, and safety of our wind turbines through effective planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities. Job Description Key Responsibilities - Coordinate PM dates based on Site specific conditions (wind etc) with Hub Leader and ensure enough 3rd party resources assigned - Communicate Hub Leader contractual requirements. - Identify Beyond Regular Maintenance (BRM) or applicable Extra works (ETC/TIL) items for maintenance bundling - take requests from Hub Leader - Material orders with aligning Hub Leader and material follow up until site delivery. - Material Order list update - Ensure Quarterly POs are in place agreed with Finance budget, & execution plan - Ensure ASP debrief all material consumed and shared with FAS team - Manage with ASP's execution plans, ensure execution dates are aligned with HUB leader - Support ASP resources have access to relevant systems before arrival (FieldWork) - Ensure 3rd Party FW checklist completion - Review FieldWork Checklists, create necessary Lifespan tasks for the defects found. - Ensure Task Closure on FieldWork with aligning Hub Leader - 3rd party Payable calculation (waiting time/ penalties etc) and invoicing confirmation with FAS team - Daily management and problem solving with vendors (support on access issues, materials, customer blockages) with FAS and Hub Leader - Track and led Quality audits, performance targets and improvement plans with auditors and 3rd part vendors - Prepare Maintenance Quarterly Budgets, actuals, forecast and continuous pacing with Maintenance manager and Finance team - Statutory inspections masterplan, tracking and coordination with help of Hub Leader and execution with main ASP's and other locals companies. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, maintenance practices, and safety standards. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage ASP and collaborate across departments. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in problem-solving. - Ability to manage multiple complicated tasks. - Ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization. - Ability to work within a matrix organization and team atmosphere. - Proficient in the use of computers and PC software. - Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. - Certifications in project management, maintenance planning, or related fields are desirable.
