Key Responsibilities:
* Support Procurement teams across various functions to ensure seamless operations.
* Deliver exceptional support and administration of tools and systems post-implementation, guaranteeing optimal performance and user satisfaction.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize procurement processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and deliver effective training programs for both processes and systems, ensuring users are equipped to excel.
* Serve as a key contact for projects within the Procurement Excellence team and other departments, fostering collaboration and communication.
* Participate in supplier management through data analysis and documentation, ensuring informed decision-making.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, identifying areas for growth and development.
* Provide guidance and advice to process practitioners, promoting best practices and excellence.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate processes and advocate for procurement within the business, driving strategic alignment.
Requirements:
* Completed commercial or technical training, or academic studies (Bachelor's degree).
* 2-5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong understanding of processes and organizational goals.
* Fast learning ability, good self-reflection, and strong project management skills, with the ability to build and motivate teams.
* Experience working collaboratively across functions and in international environments, with a solution-focused approach to business challenges.
* Proficient in IT tools (SAP), with an independent and proactive work style, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to be assertive when needed.
