As the Senior Brand Media Manager you will take a leading role in developing and executing Delivery Hero’s multi-channel media strategies across 70+ countries. Our team is dedicated to building a powerful portfolio of strong brands. As a collaborative group of brand media and brand managers, researchers, creatives, and content strategists, we develop and implement global brand strategies, tools, and frameworks to elevate our brand portfolio to new heights. We aim to establish Delivery Hero as a global leader, creating loved brands that are an integral part of our customers’ lives. Our work directly contributes to business growth and customer loyalty.
As a senior member of the team, you will drive the integration of data-driven insights and innovative approaches into our media strategies, ensuring alignment with our global vision. You will play a pivotal role in developing best-in-class processes and strategies for brand media, optimizing performance across traditional and digital channels, and driving growth through innovative testing and learning initiatives.
1. Oversee the development and implementation of global brand media strategies for both traditional (, TV, OOH, OTT) and digital (, online branding on key platforms such as google, DV360, meta, tiktok, programmatic etc) channels to maximize impact on brand equity and business growth.
2. Create and refine best practices, tools, and processes for media planning, buying, and optimization, ensuring excellence and consistency across regions.
3. Establish and manage a robust testing strategy to uncover new insights and foster innovation in media strategies, driving continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiency.
4. Partner with regional and local teams/leaders, creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align media strategies with global brand and business objectives.
5. Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions, leveraging advanced analytical skills to provide actionable insights and influence senior stakeholders.
6. Evaluate and optimize cross-channel campaigns, ensuring effective integration of offline and online media to achieve brand KPIs.
Qualifications
7. 8+ years of experience in brand media, media planning, or performance marketing, ideally in an international, fast-paced environment.
8. Strong expertise in both digital (, google, meta, tiktok, programmatic) and offline (, TV, OOH, OTT) media channels, with a proven track record of optimizing media performance.
9. Proven experience in planning and executing digital-first campaigns across key platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
10. Advanced knowledge of media buying processes and performance measurement, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
11. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define, assess, and communicate solutions clearly and concisely.
12. Experience in mentoring team members, fostering their growth and contribution.
