Responsibilities:
1. Driving the vision/strategy, coordinate the execution of the marketing plan and broader activation and enablement based on the Go-to-Market Strategy for Aareon Pay and Sales plan
2. Responsible for Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership by driving PR, awareness, storytelling, thought leadership and brand perception activities for Aareon Pay, working closely together with different Aareon companies
3. Creation of compelling value-based propositions for all products in Aareon Pay portfolio and each customer base to ensure a professional Product Marketing
4. Demand Generation Management to drive demand for Aareon Pay solutions across different channels together with the country marketing organization
5. Collaboration with product teams to produce Sales Enablement content on Aareon Pay products
6. Market Intelligence : Performing of market research to understand product competitive positioning and craft differentiated positioning narratives for Aareon Pay
Qualifications:
7. Experiences with Payments / FinTechs / Embedded Finance
8. Bachelor’s degree as a minimum with a preference for advanced degrees in relevant fields
9. Several years of extensive professional experience in Marketing and B2B Enterprise SaaS
10. Knowledge of how to set and hit ambitious targets with a strong execution focused mind-set
11. Quick perception to acquire a deep customer understanding, persona insights and knowledge of the product
12. Advantageous: Understanding of the European Property Management / Real Estate industry, coupled with proven expertise in navigating matrix organizations and operating in cross-functional teams
13. Very good communication skills in English and German
