If you’re excited to make a difference and thrive in dynamic, fast-growing environments where your impact is visible every day, we’d love to hear from you Main responsibilities Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. Source and engage top talent using a variety of sourcing and recruitment tools. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and define ideal candidate profiles. Act as a talent partner to the business, advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, selection decisions, and market insights. Ensure a consistent, professional hiring process and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Provide training and guidance to hiring managers in the hiring and selection process and conducting structured, un-biased and competency-based interviews. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, proactively engaging candidates for current and future roles. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Drive hiring process improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance tools, workflows, and overall efficiency. Represent Canadian Solar at trade shows, career fairs, and networking events; actively contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Track and regularly report on hiring progress to HR management. Track, analyze, and report on hiring data to identify trends, optimize hiring strategies, and improve outcomes. Comply with employment laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies throughout the hiring process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to provide strategic recruitment advice to internal stakeholders and improve processes. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team, demonstrating a high level of reliability LANGUAGES Fluent German and English skills Other languages will be an advantage LOCATION Munich: hybrid working system Your backpack is filled with Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field. Proven experience (5 years) in full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles in an international environment. Prior recruitment experience in the renewable energy industry preferred. Strong expertise in active sourcing techniques and using recruitment tools and social media. Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS (ideally Workday). Experience in automating candidate communications or tracking metrics. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
