In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our direct marketing activities across all three stages of the customer lifecycle.
As part of the central direct marketing team, you will collaborate closely with internal partners, crafting customer-centric communication programs for activation, engagement, and reactivation of our customers, as well as transactional and post-order touchpoints. From ideation to execution, tracking, and analysis, you'll ensure the delivery of the right message to the right audience at the right time via the right channel.Your tasks:Customer Lifecycle Communication Management:Plan customer-centric communications and the strategic execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, and reactivation across all European markets.Leverage state-of-the-art development and testing approaches, combined with modern technology, to ensure that campaigns are constantly improving and meeting business objectives.Working with our product, loyalty, marketing, and operations teams, you will also ensure that communications are on-brand and impactful.Customer Activation, Engagement, and ReactivationDevelop and execute lead nurturing & customer onboarding strategies focused on promoting our products to potential customers.Design and implement campaigns to keep customers engaged and active with our products post-purchase, and develop our up-selling and cross-selling programs to maximize customer lifetime valueSet up impactful communication programs against customer churn and boost reactivation-rates for inactive customersPromote high-value actions such as auto shipment subscription, saver plan enrolments, and loyalty program participation to our customers.Campaign Segmentation & Performance Management:Collaborate with the CDP Audience Manager & CRM Analyst to extract and analyse insights from customer data and research to uncover areas of opportunity that will optimize our lifecycle journeys.Recommend segmentation, targeting and personalization tactics to improve engagement and maximize customer lifetime value will be part of your daily work.Utilize customer data and insights to tailor communications and offers to maximize engagement with own brand products.Qualifications5+ years of Marketing Automation and CRM experienceBSc+ degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, tech or related field.Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes, ideally experience in FMCG; analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers, driving Customer Lifetime Value.Fluent in English, German a plus, international mindsetDemonstrated experience in managing complex, high impact projectsAdditional InformationWith more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 10 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
