Our client, a world-leading manufacturer of biological products, is looking for a Sales Manager to support their business in the Swiss market. The company provides biological research reagents and CRO services to the global life science and biotech community. They offer a comprehensive set of premium quality proteins, antibodies, and reagents, and one-stop services to accelerate life science research and drug development.
Responsibilities:
* Developing business with key accounts in the Swiss market
* Communicate with clients on a technical level
* Market and competitor analysis
* Attending international conferences
* Providing scientific training and presentations to key customers
Requirements:
* Master's degree or higher in biological or pharmaceutical science field
* 5 years working experience as a Business Development or Marketing and Sales Executive in the Pharmaceutical industry
* Bio-reagent sales or relevant work experience is a plus but not necessary
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swiss German (or German)
* Proven presentation and interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated and independent personality
* High business acumen, experienced in negotiation, able to secure big sales opportunities
* Ability to conduct market research, strong data analytical and project management skills
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and handle pressure
