The position is office based in Martinsried, Munich and will report to the Director Business Analytics & Insights. The Business Analytics team is part of the Commercial Operations function. Essential Functions: Designs and runs primary and secondary market research projects with decisive and actionable results Aligns cross functionally to address key business questions in primary and secondary research Synthesizes insights across different datasets for a holistic view of the business thus being able to provide actionable recommendations to the commercial stakeholders Acts as a strategic advisor to the commercial stakeholders by staying abreast of all relevant developments and connecting those with market research other data sets Creates regular strategic forecast on overall TA market and products and supports definition of consistent and compelling story Supports definition of relevant KPIs and dashboard reports, establishes robust data sources and oversees analytics for senior management.
