About the team We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Acquisitions team at Everfield as their first dedicated Marketing Manager hire, responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the Acquisition function. You'll leverage and build upon existing frameworks while bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas. We're looking for a self-starter who can work autonomously, make informed decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. What you will do: Develop and execute a marketing strategy focussed on content to effectively communicate Everfield's value proposition for future prospective companies. Produce high-quality content, including case studies, blog posts, and videos, to showcase Everfield's portfolio companies and expertise. You will collaborate with the Acquisitions team to develop compelling narratives and visually appealing content to share on platforms including LinkedIn and the Everfield website, as well as outbound outreach. You will be responsible for owning the website content and performance. Optimise HubSpot to streamline the Acquisition teams workflows, reporting and dashboards as well as using Hubspot properly on a daily basis to track and improve conversion rates. Track and analyse key metrics such as website traffic, email open rates and social media engagement, generating insightful reports to measure the impact of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement specifically for the Acquisitions team. Responsible for managing the relationships with external service providers for PR, as well as building relationships with key journalists across the European press ecosystem to secure and coordinate press releases to announce recent acquisitions. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness whilst developing a comprehensive ‘Acquisition Marketing Playbook’ to document best practices and ensure consistency. Analyse audience behaviour and preferences to tailor content and messaging. Use feedback and analytics to refine content strategies and optimise engagement. Stay informed about the latest trends in the European investment industry, technology, and digital marketing. Identify emerging opportunities and recommend innovative content ideas to maintain Everfield's competitive edge. What we are looking for: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Management, or equivalent relevant experience. Content Creation Expertise: Extensive experience in creating high-quality content, including videos, interviews, blog posts, case studies, and other marketing materials, with proven ability to adapt content to different audiences and platforms. (With a portfolio to showcase some of these examples and results) HubSpot Mastery: In-depth knowledge of HubSpot and marketing automation tools. Experience utilising HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns, track leads and analyse performance metrics as well as creating workflows, reports and dashboards. Design Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe and PowerPoint. A bonus would be any experience creating visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, including presentations, video content and social media graphics. Email Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and experience in developing and executing effective email campaigns. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation, especially in British English. Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in one or more European languages, such as German, French, or Spanish, is a significant advantage. Experience working in marketing or communications within the finance industry would be a bonus There will also be occasional business travel required in this position (European).
