This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Recruiter will be primarily responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for direct hires, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The role requires the candidate to be in the office three days per week.
Role Requirements & Responsibilities
· Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to source and attract potential candidates.
· Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
· Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage relationships with potential hires throughout the recruitment process.
· Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
· Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
· Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment.
· Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
· Reference Checking: Conduct reference and background checks to verify candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
· Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
· Travel and Career Fairs: The recruiter may be required to travel and will attend regular career fairs to promote the company and attract top talent.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. We are seeking a candidate who fits the following criteria:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Recruiting experience in Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, and other EU countries is essential.
· Skills and attributes:
* Fluency in German and English; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
