IT Business Partner Germany
What we are looking for:
We are seeking an IT Business Partner to lead the IT requirements and demand process, ensuring effective governance while executing business initiatives with Information Technology. This position serves as the liaison between Sweco IT and the Business Areas. You will manage IT capabilities to provide high-quality services that meet business needs while developing the partnership between Sweco IT and the business. Additionally, you will facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing to promote business growth through IT and support Business Area management in enhancing the IT solutions portfolio and developing annual IT budgets. Based in Germany and employed by Sweco Germany, you will report to the Head of IT Business Partners in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your tasks:
* Act as the liaison between Sweco IT and the business to ensure effective delivery of IT solutions and IT projects improving the business capabilities
* Advise the business on needs for IT capabilities to enhance value creation and collaborate with IT Support for service delivery
* Manage and mature business requirements for IT solutions, recommending enhancements for improved effectiveness
* Communicate with business stakeholders on relevant IT topics and assist in IT-related M&A activities during due diligence and integration phases
* Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Service Owners to ensure IT solutions align with architectural principles and meet business needs
* Support business stakeholders in identifying and documenting requirements for new IT services, facilitating communication with Sweco IT service delivery teams
You will guide the business on IT governance to ensure alignment with Sweco’s standards and procurement procedures. Collaborating with Sweco IT’s financial team, you'll manage IT budgets, communicate costs, and define service scopes. As a steering group member for key IT projects, you'll convey the needs of Sweco Business Areas to IT Service Owners to enhance or retire IT services.
You should bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in business relationship management or IT management, with a focus on service delivery and project management
* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with a hands-on, execution-focused mentality
* Fluent in the English and German language
