* You take responsibility for Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
* You recognise obstacles at an early stage and overcome them to always ensure a smooth development process.
* You maintain an overview and downtime is not in your vocabulary; you constantly optimise the communication and cooperation of the scrum teams.
* You regularly exchange ideas with the other Scrum Masters and support the Product Owner in creating and prioritizing the product backlog.
* You live the agile values and principlesand apply them across team and department boundaries by supporting your colleagues in agile working.
What you bring to the table:
* Ideally, you have a Scrum Master certification - but more important to us is your experience in an agile environment and your understanding of agile principles.
* Experience with scalable Scrum is an advantage and will help you to efficiently support complex structures across teams.
* Your communication skills, empathy and observation skills make you a real judge of character; you intuitively find the right tone and recognize what the team needs.
* You don't want to satisfy others with your work, you want to inspire them and contribute to their continuous development through your own initiative.
* You impress with your strong problem-solving skills and have the necessary assertiveness.
* You have a very good command of German and English.
