As a key part of the back-office operations, the ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to escalate issues when necessary. Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with Schedulers and Traders to confirm trade details, product movement timing, and resolve trade discrepancies.
2. Process and check invoices for payment and receipt, including provisional and final settlements.
3. Validate pricing, banking instructions, and manage settlements with third-party systems.
4. Monitor daily cash receipts, follow up on cash fails, and manage OTC settlement analysis, invoice preparation, and credit notes.
5. Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
6. Advanced proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
7. Settlements experience working in financial services/ commodities.
8. Strong analytical and communication skills.
9. Flexibility to work irregular hours when required.
