In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Monthly and annual financial planning and analysis (annual budget review, monthly plan updates, excess & obsolete, utilization and manufacturing spend analysis) Reconcile the monthly financial results to plan and explain significant differences in working capital and profitability (including manufacturing variance tracking and diagnosis) Generate monthly reports and variance analysis of actual performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions Work with the plant management to keep costs under control and provide visibility by creating relevant analysis and reporting tools Keep track of productivity and cost reduction projects Participate in the decision-making process by preparing detailed analysis and making recommendations to management Create and maintain performance dashboards and regular follow up on relevant supply chain KPI’s Provide back-up for accounting/controlling on monthly close requirements Conduct periodic operational reviews with Operations, Finance and Management Ad-hoc projects – work on special projects with focus on continuous process improvements Who You Are: You balance planning with actions. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You use financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities. You follow through on commitments. You seek ways to improve processes, from small tweaks to complete reengineering. For This Role, You Will Need: University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Controlling. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience with preparing balance sheets, P&L's, and other financial statements to complete required financial analysis. Experience working with SAP as ERP system. Excellent communications skills and the ability to comfortably communicate financial information to senior levels in the organization. Proficiency in German and English. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Past experience working in a matrix organization. Being proactive, able to identify and handle priorities.
