And we’re looking for more talented and committed people to join us on our journey ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Finance Manager(m/f/d) to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping with financial projects and initiatives. Ideally this role will be based in Berlin where we have a hybrid working environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead and manage financial projects and initiatives, incl. cross-functional ones with other teams as well as engaging 3rd party business partners, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the highest standards. Develop and refine financial models as well as preparation & presentation of key results & recommendations to support strategic decision-making, including forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost optimization. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with financial strategies. Partner with the CFO and Head of Finance to design and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify risks and opportunities, offering solutions to optimize financial outcomes. Establish and improve Finance policies, processes, and controls to drive efficiency and ensure compliance & effectiveness. Explore and implement AI tools and technologies to enhance financial processes and uncover efficiencies, while developing strategies for their effective use within the organization. Play a key role in due diligence processes for new investment rounds and strategic initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL BRING A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related area, with hands-on experience in ERP implementation or optimization. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial process automation, with experience in ERP selection, implementation, or customization being a major plus. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modeling and working with large datasets, ideally within an ERP environment. Strong organisation and communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial and system-related concepts to diverse stakeholders. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with ERP software and financial data tools is highly preferred. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
