As Hotel Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for one of our hotels and lead your team with passion and vision. * Overall responsibility: You manage the entire hotel operation and are responsible for all operational and administrative processes.
* Team leadership: You will lead, motivate and develop your team to ensure excellence in all areas.
* Budget management: You are responsible for meeting budget and profitability targets.
* Quality assurance: You implement measures to increase guest satisfaction and quality.
What defines you
* Experience in hotel management: Several years of management experience in the hotel industry or a comparable sector, with a focus on operational and commercial responsibility.
* Leadership skills: You are an inspiring leader who motivates and develops employees and leads by example.
* Language skills: Fluent German and business fluent English to operate successfully in an international environment.
* Business know-how: You have a good understanding of budget planning, revenue management and key figure analyses.
* Entrepreneurial thinking: You think strategically, act proactively and find innovative solutions to challenges.
