About you l The Role We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Intern to join the Human Resources team based in Luxembourg for a 6 month internship. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in HR administration, daily operations, HR projects, and office management tasks under the supervision of our experienced HR Manager. Position: HR Intern Department: Human Resources Location: Luxembourg Duration: 6 months Reports to: HR Manager Key Responsibilities HR Administration Assist with the daily administrative tasks of the HR department, including updating and managing employee records and processing administrative documents. Support the preparation and updating of employment contracts, onboarding documents, and internal policies under the supervision of the HR Manager. Ensure the accuracy and organisation of HR files, both digital and physical, in accordance with established procedures. Contribute to the management of HR documentation on SharePoint, ensuring accessibility and regular updates. Help track HR data, such as attendance, leave requests, and other administrative information related to employees. Recruitment and Onboarding Assist with publishing job adverts and managing applications throughout the recruitment process. Help plan and coordinate interviews, including communication with candidates. Collaborate in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing the necessary documents and welcome kits. Support for HR Projects Provide support for ongoing HR projects, including those related to employee engagement, skill development, and process improvement. Assist in the implementation of new HR tools or processes, offering operational support to the HR team. Employee Communication and Relations Serve as a point of contact for general HR questions, relaying requests and important information to the HR Manager. Support the communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are well understood by employees.
