In this key role, you will be responsible for developing our Talent Management Unit and integrating the best talent management strategies from world-class soccer players, basketball players, and Hollywood stars. As the Director of Talent Management, you will design and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier content creators in the gaming industry. You will work closely with the management team to shape the company’s talent vision, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the gaming industry.

* Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with company goals.
* Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning.
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.

Qualifikation
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management of content creators, preferably in the gaming.
* Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing talent development programs.
* Excellent communication abilities.
* Passion for gaming and understanding of the content creator needs.
