Blacklane is seeking a dynamic Junior Driver Onboarding Manager to join our Partner Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in acquiring new accounts, partner onboarding as well as training. YOUR MISSION: As the Junior Driver Onboarding Manager, your primary challenge is to discover and engage new chauffeur service providers, driving the expansion of our partner base globally. You will take ownership of the entire vetting process, from acquisition and onboarding to ensuring compliance of new chauffeur partners and their fleets. Key responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting, and other relevant activities to identify new chauffeur service companies in your assigned territories. Lead the acquisition, selection, and training of new partners while collaborating with senior colleagues for support. Utilize business directories, web searches, and other data sources to research leads, reaching out to potential partners via phone/email, and meticulously record these activities. Oversee the onboarding process for new partners through Blacklane’s onboarding funnel. Ensure comprehensive documentation of all activities in your territories, providing regular updates. Guarantee that all partners comply with legal requirements both pre and post onboarding. ABOUT YOU: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, guided by a strong moral compass with a commitment to integrity. Experience in Operations, account management, onboarding and training is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, adept at objection handling, and experienced in building strong commitments. Proven ability to work effectively in an international team. Detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for pitching and understanding unique selling points (USPs).
