Job Description
The Head of Talent Acquisition Operations will lead the operational strategy and execution of talent acquisition processes, tools, and systems to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the recruitment lifecycle for 18 markets across APAC, EU & Turkey. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to drive world-class TA operations in support of organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
Design, implement, and manage scalable and efficient TA operations processes to support the recruitment team and hiring managers.
Oversee and continuously optimize TA tools, systems, and workflows, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS integration.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational efficiency, recruitment effectiveness, and overall candidate experience.
2. Team Management and Collaboration:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of TA operational specialists.
Collaborate with global and regional TA leaders to align operational strategies with hiring goals and organizational priorities.
Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance) to ensure seamless TA processes and compliance with legal and company standards.
3. Data and Analytics:
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights into recruitment performance and trends.
Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks, areas for improvement, and innovative solutions in the recruitment lifecycle.
4. Candidate Experience:
Define and drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience, including communication touchpoints, feedback loops, and process transparency.
Ensure timely and effective communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
5. Project Management:
Lead global or regional TA operational projects, such as system implementations, process redesigns, or compliance initiatives.
Manage vendor relationships for recruitment technology and external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Minimum Requirements:
6. Proven experience in talent acquisition operations or related HR operational roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
7. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies, including ATS, HRIS, and CRM systems (, Workday, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters).
8. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
9. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
10. Strong understanding of global compliance and labor regulations related to recruitment and employment.
11. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
12. Experience in a high-growth, global organization is a plus.
13. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
