Description of tasks: Setting up, maintaining and updating weight accounts for trading partners in the ERP system (PMCS) Account assignment and posting of daily incoming precious metal-relevant supplier invoices, credit notes and credit memos, as well as processing invoices from the processors Posting fine metal goods receipts based on the invoice and material receipt Reviewing inventory developments and initiating optimization measures where necessary (e.g. transfers between Vibrantz companies) Participating in the determination of requirements Checking the weight postings for completeness Determining the fine metal stocks and reconciling the actual stocks for plausibility with the most important trading partners or in the event of discrepancies and, if necessary, initiating adjustment postings in cost accounting Clearing the internal clearing accounts in weight accounting Entering and evaluating the inventory results, clarifying differences and making adjustment postings Reconciling the precious metal weight accounts as part of the annual balance confirmation process Recording and compiling accounting transactions and weight accounting data Preparing information for internal and external auditors (auditors, accountants, tax auditors, SOx).
