We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist III (f/m/d) for our Service department.
Grundlegende Verantwortlichkeiten
Your Duties:
• Creating and tracking spare parts offers in close coordination with our
customers worldwide
• Technical advice to our customers on spare parts for pumps and pump systems
• Processing and tracking of spare parts orders
• Creating order-related technical accompanying documents
• Partial documentation and project management of larger conversion projects
• Correspondence with customers and representatives worldwide
• Participation in the introduction and further development of new and existing quotation and
processing processes
Positionsanforderungen
The requirements :
• Completed technical training with basic commercial knowledge or commercial training with technical knowledge
• Basic knowledge of positive displacement and centrifugal pumps is an advantage
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Competent, friendly and confident demeanor towards customers and colleagues
• High level of comprehension in technical and commercial contexts
• Independent and responsible work
• Ability to work in a team and a constructive and considerate approach
• Intercultural competence
• Good written and spoken English skills
