Role summary:
For the R&D team PE Vacuum SIHI dry & boost we are looking as soon as possible at our location in Itzehoe a dedicated Supervisor Electrical & Automation (M/F/T).
In this role, you will be significantly involved in the software/firmware and electrical hardware design for SIHI dry and Boost products responsible. You will be reporting to the MHV engineering manager.
Your tasks:
1. Coordination and employee development of a global team, which is responsible for all automation- and electrical projects
2. Product development and project coordination of all future software/firmware for the SIHI dry & boost control technology in consultation with the product manager and the engineering manager MHV
3. Lead of the electrical design and qualification of components as part of the product development
4. Lead for the creation of project-relevant documentation (service documentation, training documentation and work instructions)
5. Ensuring support for the respective operational functions (order engineering, commercial operations, quality, supply chain, production, assembly, service)
6. Application of international standards and regulations as part of the electrical and software developments
7. Creation of design FMEAs & risk analysis
Your profile:
8. Successfully completed higher education of electronics, automation technology or comparable qualification
9. Experience in the development of PLC controls with Codesys, microcontroller solutions and fieldbus topology
10. Advanced knowledge in the creation of wiring diagrams / E-plan
11. Advanced knowledge of drive technology (soft starter, VFDs)
12. Experienced use of MS office and SAP
13. Good German and English written and spoken skills
14. Communication skills, leadership skills, high level of personal responsibility
15. Coordination of all development projects between the PE team, GTECs and external resources
16. Open, committed mindset, desire for change and design
