Your challenge
At NEVEON, we are seeking a dynamic individual to fill a pivotal role that serves as the interface between IT and business. This position is designed to maximize our ROI from CRM by driving adoption, usability, and continuous improvement. As a hands-on role, it ensures that our CRM system functions as a powerful sales enablement tool, delivering real business value and fostering seamless collaboration between technical and business teams.
Technical:
1. Project & System Integration: Lead NEVEON’s CRM integration and act as our main driver in the group-wide development and rollout. Represent NEVEON in the Greiner CRM Competence Center and support sales digitalization.
2. System Development & Change Management: Translate business needs into CRM requirements, manage change requests with IT, and align developments with the IT strategy.
3. Key User Community & Support: Lead the CRM Key User Community, drive adoption, ensure data quality, and resolve issues.
4. Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports, use data to highlight gaps, drive action, and improve usage.
5. Platform Optimization: Identify and implement system improvements, eliminate workarounds, and promote full system usage.
Business:
6. Sales Enablement: Utilize CRM as a daily tool for managing sales activities and standardizing sales processes.
7. Adoption & Training: Ensure widespread CRM adoption through onboarding, training, and communication programs.
8. Campaigns & Customer Engagement: Leverage CRM to enhance customer loyalty, generate leads, and improve interactions.
9. Business-Driven Prioritization: Identify and prioritize CRM needs based on their business impact.
10. Sales Insights & Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales activities and guide the sales team.
Your Profile
11. Master’s Degree in Economics or related field.
12. Proven experience in CRM project management and lead-to-cash process optimization.
13. Background in sales, service, back office, or IT roles considered a plus.
14. Strong project and change management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
15. Track record of driving CRM adoption and tangible business outcomes.
16. Analytical, structured, solution-oriented thinker with excellent communication skills.
