General Description:
Under the direction of the Associate Director Customer Engagement Germany, the Customer Engagement Manager Hematology is responsible for maximizing the performance of Be One’s hematology products in Germany.
The focus is on Omnichannel and digital activities, leveraging designated resources and investment budgets to achieve commercial targets.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Brand & Market Strategy
1. Developing a brand vision and awareness for Be One and its hematology portfolio in alignment with overall business strategy.
2. Adapting marketing strategies for approved hematologic indications to market changes and developing marketing strategies for emerging hematologic indications, with a focus on indolent lymphomas in collaboration with the Associate Director Customer Engagement
3. Contributing to the cross-functional creation of national brand plans and tactics in alignment with the global brand strategy, integrating digital-first approaches .
4. Developing a national brand communication plan in close collaboration with the Associate Director Customer Engagement and relevant functions.
2. Omnichannel & Digital Focus
5. Driving omnichannel marketing strategies and ensuring seamless integration across all digital touchpoints.
6. Enhancing digital presence and engagement via newsletters, eCME, webinars, congress reports, and study summaries.
7. Strengthening Be One’s our products` Unique Selling Propositions (USP) with AI-driven approaches and data-driven customer insights.
8. Expanding outreach through digital platforms such as Coliquio and other relevant online communities.
9. Developing customer-centric digital promotional tools and content for various channels, including social media, webinars, and e-learning formats.
10. Ensuring an optimized omnichannel strategy to maintain long-term competitive advantage and increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
11. Implementing automation and data analytics to refine digital marketing tactics and personalization strategies.
3. Market Insights & Collaboration
12. Working closely with Sales, Market Access, Medical, Commercial Operations, and Business Analytics to generate relevant market insights through digital analytics and customer behavior tracking
13. Utilizing digital dashboards and AI-powered analytics to assess engagement performance and refine strategies accordingly.
14. Managing commercial activities and projects, including contracts, invoicing, and digital communication tools.
4. Strategic Growth & Capacity Relief
15. Ensuring a sustainable workload balance within the customer engagement team.
16. Providing strategic input and supporting business growth effectively.
17. Strengthening digital education initiatives and knowledge-sharing platforms to improve team capabilities in omnichannel marketing.
5. Compliance & Business Conduct
18. Ensuring compliance across all areas to maintain the highest standards of patient-focused ethical conduct in line with Be One’s values.
19. Consistently operating in accordance with Be One’s Standards of Conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
20. Scientific education and experience in a similar role (Life Science degree preferred).
21. More than 3 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
22. Proven success in a dynamic, fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
23. Strong social competence and teamwork skills.
24. High motivation, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
25. Strong commercial and service-oriented thinking.
26. Specialized knowledge in hematology, particularly BTK inhibition & indolent lymphomas, is desirable.
27. Experience in digital & omnichannel strategies and AI-driven marketing approaches.
28. Strong skills in project management, networking, and digital transformation.
29. Effective implementation skills to drive projects forward.
30. Fluent in English and proficient in digital tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
31. Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
