What we achieve together
* Take responsibility for the planning, implementation and optimization of purchasing processes within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle as well as the IT landscape to support our divisional goals and set new standards!
* Lead exciting projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement department, including change management to successfully implement new processes and systems
* As part of the Digital Process World Team (DPW) you will work on the optimization and transformation of the Purchasing processes into the new SAP S/4 HANA world
* Analyze existing processes and identify improvement potential to take our operations to the next level and work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions
* Develop and implement best practices in procurement that strengthen our competitiveness
* Design, train and support our Procurement and P2P teams on new processes and tools to maximize their success
* Create impactful reports and presentations to track progress and measure results, making our successes visible
What makes us successful together
* Degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field
* Several years of experience in purchasing, P2P and supply chain management
* Sound experience with purchasing software and tools
* Proven experience in project management, including change management and process optimization
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, coupled with a passion for collaboration
* Business fluent in German and English
