Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the initial start-up and processing of all molding machines, robots and auxiliary equipment.
2. Participate in the set-up and sampling of new, transferred, and modified molds.
3. Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including, but not limited to, set-upand tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and workflow.
Additional Responsibilities
4. Working with production personnel and R&D to ensure molded components meet requirements, making adjustments as required.
5. Providing molded components in a timely manner
6. Working with outside vendors to develop tooling and fixtures that result in the manufacturing of high-quality products.
7. Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards

Qualifications:
Work Experience and Education
12. Minimum of at least 3+ years working in an injection molding environment specifically with molds
13. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement culture
14. Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and automation
Specific knowledge
15. Some experience in manufacturing is preferred
16. Basic math skills and good use of logic
17. Excellent hand-eye coordination along with ability to work quickly and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks
