KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide engineering support to High Performance Concept projects and the associated cross-functional team. Follow the strategy to deliver solutions against identified athlete opportunities. Strive to achieve the goals and measurements of success. Follow the prioritized activities to maximize innovation impact for the brand. Act as a consulting engineer, providing effective immediate support and building understanding of medium and long-term project needs. Solve challenges to improve product performance. Seek solutions that are protectable for Intellectual Property and work with legal team to protect. Carry out testing of solutions to examine product performance metrics versus benchmark products. Enable solutions embodiment in product prototypes. Collaborate on validation of products through athlete testing. Create the specification of the validated products. Support commercialization and scaling of high-performance products and associated takedowns into mass production through trouble shooting durability, performance, manufacturability issues. Use resources of budget and personnel with due regard for output and performance. Collaborate with technical internal and external partners. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Share knowledge with colleagues on an ongoing basis. Prepare and present engineering results reports, communicating to technical and non-technical audiences. Stay connected to relevant current and upcoming research, technologies, methods and industry trends. Partner with leading organizations to extend the capability of the team. REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Curiosity for science and engineering along with a passion for practical application in an impactful way. University degree in a technical field. 3 years of working experiences, including postgraduate research. Fluent English (spoken and written). Communicate and present effectively. Cooperate well, develop and maintain meaningful relationships. Work independently as well as part of a team. Plan working time efficiently, balancing short term tasks with long term goals. Strong analytical skills, solution driven and results oriented. Ability to travel internationally.
