Commercial Banking Tribe
You'll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.
We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.
Our tribe is on a journey of an extensive digitalisation of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. On that we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process and application landscape.
As a Senior ITAO, you have IT risk and compliance management skills. You understand the different approaches to service delivery and the IT application lifecycle.
As Senior ITAO, you are responsible for the "balance" between compliance requirements and the pace of delivery.
As a Senior ITAO, you will support Audit in resolving audit items and self-identified problems in order to reduce risks.
As a Senior ITAO, you will proactively assess, identify, and document risks. You will contribute to the documentation.
As a Senior ITAO, you have an understanding of development methodologies as well as IT policies and procedures with a focus on IT management and information security. You work with software developers to ensure security and to comply with regulations, policies, and standards.

Your key responsibilities
As a Senior ITAO, you have various interesting and challenging tasks:
* IT governance: Review and adhere to compliance and the overall technology strategy.
* Change management: You will plan complex changes to production. Assesses the risks to the integrity of the service environment associated with proposed implementations (including the availability, performance, security, and compliance of the affected business services).
* In addition, you will pursue other topics where you can show your strengths for Instance: Application Life Cycle Management, and Business risk management.
* Information security: You have a close eye together with the Security Architects on all security and complaints aspects of the application and carry out escalations if necessary to avert damage.
* You will work in an agile team and help with feedback to improve the way we work
Your skills and experiences
* University degree with technological or scientific focus or equivalent working experience.
* You have hands on experience in planning complex IT releases and you have strong experiences with assessments regarding risk, complaints and audit.
* You have a good understanding of the latest technologies, (GCP, AWS, Azure) mobile app development and programming languages.
* Strong analytical and communication skills, covering risk assessment and the ability to discuss compliance related matters with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* You are good team player with a passion for technology and engineering and can communicate fluently in English.
